It is with greatest pleasure and honor we present the jury of the VIII Short Movie Club Film Festival “Nefiltravanae Kino”.
ERIC PATRICK
Eric Patrick’s commercial animation and independent experimental works have received a Peabody Award, a Guggenheim Fellowship, over 100 grants, fellowships, and awards at international film festivals, and several Emmy nominations. His additional work in information design has received grants from the National Institute of Health (Reproductive Health), and the Chicago Digital Media Production Fund (Citizen Primer). He has screened extensively both domestically and internationally at festivals, museums and on television, including screenings at the Rotterdam Film Festival, The Museum of Modern Art, the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, and the South by Southwest Film Festival. He was an animator for the seminal Nickelodeon program “Blues Clues,” and has written several articles about independent animation. He is currently an associate professor at Northwestern University.
JANNIS KIEFER
Jannis Alexander Kiefer studied Audio-visual Media in Berlin and completed several Internships in Munich, Freiburg and Berlin. Since 2011 Jannis Alexander Kiefer works as a Freelancer for Film and Television. In 2016 he started studying Directing at Film University Babelsberg. His Films premiered at well known Festivals like Moscow Film Festival, Palm Springs Short Fest, Max Ophüls Preis and Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival.
Jannis Kiefer is the grand prize winner of the VII Nefiltravanae Kino.
YULIA SHATUN
Yulia Shatun is a belarusian film director. She is an author of the film “Tomorrow”, the winner of the National Film Festival Listapad competition. Her film “Boundaries” was awarded as the best Belarusian film of the VII Nefiltravanae Kino in 2021.
TARAS TARNALITSKI
Belarusian film critic, journalist. Founder and editor of the “Holy Belawood”, the media about belarusian cinema.
NIKITA LAVRETSKY
Belarusian filmmaker, film critic, and journalist.
LOUIS MÖHRLE
Co-Founder of the creative collective „KulturKonsumEnten“ in 2017 and of the VJing collective „Teichprojektionen“ in 2018. Since Summer 2019 he works as a freelanced Animator and is co-founder of the collective “Studio PIAF” in Bern (Switzerland).
